Question about Slain Monsters Rest in Peace on LawbringerI am playing my first ever barb. Finally got him up to level 59 to equip the Grief PB I just made today(got a +398 damage roll,yeah!) and Lawbringer PB combo. I had been planning on using a Natures Peace ring, but with Prevent Monster Heal on the Grief and Slain Monsters Rest in Peace on the Lawbringer, I thought I could get by with a Carrion Wind or some other leech ring to go with Ravenfrost. I have noticed that the Shamans can still raise the dead Fallen, which is something I thought would not happen. Am I totally missing something here? I am using Frenzy as my main skill. If there is some other info needed, just let me know.

Slain Monsters Rest in Peace prevents monsters killed by the user from leaving a corpse.It does not apply when kill is made by any dependants of the user (mercenary, pets including sentry traps and Hydra, or converts, or monsters killed by other monsters due to Attract or Confuse). Re: Question about Slain Monsters Rest in Peace on LawbringerI have another question while I am at it. The Lawbringer has the 20% CTC Decrepify which I read lowers Physical resistance by 50%, amoung other things.

Can this drop in physical resistance break immunes if their resistance goes below 100%? I still haven't went into Hell yet to try this out, but it was something I was thinking about when the physical immunes start popping up.I have something else wierd going on.

My sorcs have never had this problem and still don't, just my barb. It happens usually around pindle and his group. I will be slashing away, and all of a sudden one of them will charge and hit me. My barb gets frozen, stuck in a knocked back position and cannot move no matter what I do. Then if another creature hits him, he will come out of it and can move around again. If nothing is there to hit him, I have to save and exit because he justs stands there in that knocked back position. I have tried waiting for at least a half hour to see if he would move, and nothing happens.

I thought it might be glitching because of multiple auras or something. At times there is battle orders, sanctuary, might from the merc, and the frenzy animation. I thought it might be the thorns aura from the Edge bow the rogue was using, but it happened last night when I was running pindle a few times with the act 2 might merc. Its almost like he is getting stuck in hit recovery?My plan was to use Carrion wind, but I gambled a nice dual leech ring (6 ML, 4 LL) and I think I am going to use that instead of the manald heal, because I have to have something with mana leech. If I could only find an Arreats!! I found one a long time ago, but it was ethereal and only had 3% LL.

Funny, I use exactly the same combo as you (Lawbringer/Grief) in Travincal because Ismail oftens spawns with Stone skin and becomes physical immune. Decrepify breaks his immunity. There are some monsters which are unbreakable though by decrepify, in that case amp would do the trick.yep, I also face this with my frenzier (not sure about a whirler). I think there is a bug on charge attacks, i also experienced it when facing charging vipers.Would Tal's mask be better for leech? Cheap double leech source (10/10), with a grief in hand, you'll quickly get back mana to fuel your attack. Mana burners are easy to deal with and your life bulb only goes down when facing physical immunes. Then your second ring slot is free for something else to better the build.

I only notice him getting locked up on things that charge, just have to be faster than them!! I forgot about the 1/5 effciency on broken immunities, so the decrep really isnt going to help much, only if something is 100% physical immune, anything more is still going to be trouble. I did save back a Lacerator so I may put it on switch to help with the PI's. I am going to work up to around level 80 before I go into Hell, which I am at level 78 now, so I am not far off. My resists are still a little low for Hell, thats another reason I am trying to find an Arreats for the extra 30% resists it offers.This is my first barb, as I have only played sorcs. I am learning though.

I kept the Bloodfist for the 30% FHR to go along with the 12% FHR I have on a +1 Masteries skiller to at least hit the 42% Breakpoint(something else the Arreats would help with as it has 30% FHR). I could then equip the Souldrainers, but that may be a problem as the CTC weaken may interupt the CTC Amp Damage on the Lacerator, and there can be only 1 curse at a time, unlike auras, right? I got a sucky roll on the Soul Drainers (4 LL and 4 ML), so its not a big deal to not use them, as in Hell they would only be worth 1% each at that point. I dont have any Drac's either, which I read a few Frenzy builds that used them as well. The Shako is a place keeper as I have been running Baal and company to level up and I was hoping the extra MF might help with the slim chance he might drop an Arreats, and the +2 skills and dmg reduction.This setup absolutely destroys everything in NM, I have never even came close to dying running Players8.

I know alot changes in Hell, thats why I am trying to get a few things squared away. Thanks for the help, and I know I am scatter braining, but thats what is adding to the fun with this character for me. They were in my original plan, but I still havent equipped them because of trying to keep a decent FHR breakpoint. I agree the Soul Drainers are not a good choice.

The Sanctuary aura is nice in that it pushes the dolls back as well as any undead, which gives a little breathing room sometimes. I have had some slayer guards drop, but no gold ones. I will probably go on into Hell because the Arreats is not a make or break item. I do have Andy's that I could socket with a Ral or Fire resist jewel, but it is still lacking compared to the Arreats. I have a decent dual leech ring that would work, but one like you listed would be nice. I have been doing some magic find runs with my sorc hoping an Arreats will drop, but it could drop tomorrow or in a year, or never. I dont want to leave him parked because I used the best runes I have on him. I will figure out something. I did find an Ohm in LK today, on the bright side.
